ACCOUNT DELETION AGREEMENT

Before you delete your account for any of our games or related services (the "Game" or "Services"), First Fun Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") will explain the consequences of account deletion. Please read this Account Deletion Agreement carefully before submitting your request.
Account deletion is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to or use the account, access the Game or Services through that account, or recover any information, data, virtual items, purchase history, progress, or other content associated with the account, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If, after careful consideration, you still wish to delete your account, please read and fully understand this Agreement, especially the sections describing the consequences of account deletion. By clicking "Confirm," "Agree," or otherwise submitting an account deletion request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
If you wish to use our Game or Services again after your account is deleted, you may need to register a new account through an authorized method. The new account will not have access to any information, game progress, virtual items, purchase history, or other data associated with the deleted account.

1. Account Deletion
Before submitting an account deletion request, please ensure that all services, purchases, orders, subscriptions, virtual items, account bindings, and other matters associated with the account have been properly handled.
After your account is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to log in to or use the account.
- You will no longer be able to access the Game, Services, or any third-party services linked to the account through that account.
- Your personal information and user data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws, our Privacy Policy, and our data retention practices.
- Services, support, benefits, and account-related features associated with the account will cease to be available.
- The account cannot be restored or reactivated.
Please carefully consider whether you wish to proceed before submitting your account deletion request.
2. Consequences of Account Deletion
Account deletion is irreversible. Please back up or otherwise preserve any information you wish to retain before submitting your request, to the extent such backup is supported by the Game or Services.
If your account is successfully deleted, you will no longer be able to access or recover any information or data associated with the account, even if you later register a new account using the same identity information, device, platform account, email address, or other credentials.
If there are any pending orders, ongoing services, active subscriptions, unused virtual currency, unused virtual items, unclaimed rewards, or other uncompleted matters associated with the account, we recommend that you review and resolve them before submitting your account deletion request.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules, if you proceed with account deletion while such items or matters remain unresolved, you acknowledge that you may no longer be able to use, redeem, access, or recover them after deletion. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law or applicable platform policies.
3. Requirements for Account Deletion
To protect account security and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may require that the following conditions are satisfied before processing your account deletion request:
- The account was registered or used through our official channels and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- You are the legitimate account holder or are otherwise authorized to request deletion of the account.
- All third-party accounts, platform accounts, payment accounts, social accounts, or other services linked to the account have been unlinked, where applicable.
- There are no pending payments, unpaid orders, active subscriptions, unresolved transactions, or ongoing services associated with the account.
- Any unused virtual currency, virtual items, rewards, benefits, or other account interests have been used, resolved, or knowingly abandoned by you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- There are no unresolved disputes, complaints, reports, chargebacks, investigations, lawsuits, arbitrations, enforcement actions, or other proceedings involving the account.
- There are no recent account security risks, suspicious activities, abnormal login activities, account ownership disputes, account binding changes, or other circumstances that may affect account security.
- The account is not subject to restrictions, suspension, investigation, or other measures due to suspected violations of our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or platform rules.
If any of the above conditions are not satisfied, we may be unable to process your request immediately and may reject, delay, or suspend the account deletion process until the relevant issue is resolved.
You may attempt to resolve these issues yourself through the Game, Services, or relevant platform channels. If you are unable to resolve them or encounter any difficulties, please contact us using the contact information provided above.
4. Account Deletion Procedure
- You may submit an account deletion request through the official account deletion method provided in the Game, Services, or other channel designated by us.
- After receiving your request, we may conduct reasonable verification to confirm your identity, account ownership, account security status, and whether the account satisfies the deletion requirements described in this Agreement.
- During the review and processing period, your account may not be deleted immediately. Certain account functions may be restricted, and you may be unable to use some Services or register a new account using the same information.
- If we determine that your account does not satisfy the requirements for deletion, your request may not be completed. In such case, we may notify you of the reason where appropriate and provide information on how to resolve the issue, unless doing so would compromise security, violate applicable law, or interfere with an investigation.
- If your account deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize the personal information and user data associated with the account in accordance with applicable laws, our Privacy Policy, and our data retention practices.
- You understand that certain information may not be deleted immediately or may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, audit, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
5. Important Notes
- Account deletion does not exempt you from any obligations or liabilities arising from your use of the Game or Services before the deletion takes effect.
- Account deletion does not affect any rights or remedies that we or other users may have in connection with your prior conduct, transactions, disputes, violations, or other activities.
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel any subscriptions or payment arrangements managed by third-party platforms, app stores, payment providers, or other external service providers. You may need to cancel such subscriptions or arrangements directly through the relevant platform or provider.
- Once your account deletion request is completed, the deletion cannot be reversed, and the account cannot be restored.
By submitting an account deletion request, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to this Account Deletion Agreement, and that you understand the consequences of deleting your account.
